Shipping Regions
Currently, FEIHU provides delivery services only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Time
- We aim to process all orders within 24 hours on business days and arrange shipment within three business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or those flagged for potential fraud risks, may face delays.
- Estimated delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location (this excludes order processing and dispatch time). Please note that extended delivery times may occur during peak shopping seasons or in case of adverse weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your order by clicking on the provided tracking link or by logging into your account on the FEIHU website. Under the "Support" menu, select "Order Tracking," and enter your order number and email, or the logistics tracking number, for real-time shipping updates.
